So so good! The pho broth is very flavor even before adding all the dressings. It comes well stocked with veggies and sauces without having to pay extra like other places. My favorite thing is that the broth is not oily. Always a gamble trying a new place. The spring rolls are also so good. The peanut sauce has little crushed up peanuts on top that I loved. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My order was ready within minutes. Ordering was super easy online. Everything is fairly priced and well worth it. I got take out but the inside looked very clean and welcoming. Suitable for small and large groups. The parking was a bit difficult due to the popular bar next door. The entire experience was great and I can’t wait to order again.

I go out of my way to come here, and it’s always worth the drive. There’s definitely no shortage of pho restaurants in the area, but this one has become my go-to. The server (it's been the same woman the last several times I’ve visited) is always attentive, friendly, and makes sure I’m happy with my meal. And I don’t know what kind of magic they’re marinating the roasted chicken in, but it is SO flavorful, and the skin is perfectly crispy every time. It’s easily one of my favorite things to order. (Number 57) Overall, it’s a nice, quiet, relaxing place to sit down, enjoy a great lunch, and have a little peace.

The service here was good, but the food fell short of expectations. As Vietnamese food lovers who cook and eat hủ tiếu all over the world—including Vietnam and Australia—we found the preparation here very unusual. Hủ tiếu should not contain carrots, napa cabbage, broccoli, or cauliflower. Additionally, the meatball was extremely tough. The rice dish wasn't much better, as the meat was quite salty and dry. Great service, but the kitchen needs to refine the authenticity and execution of the dishes.

If I could give 0 stars I would they don't allow it. We have been going to Pho Cali for over 12 years. They used to be the absolute best, but tonight we had the worst Vietnamese food we have ever eaten. We had to throw the entire order in the trash. The quality has completely plummeted. The food tasted severely burned, and the vegetables were browned and old. The seafood was absolutely terrible. The shrimp looked awful, was incredibly small, and was cut in half. The lobster tail in my husband's dish was disgusting, tiny, and cut up into pieces. On top of that, they couldn't even get the order right, substituting rice noodles when I explicitly ordered egg noodles. To top it all off, the food completely leaked out of the cheap styrofoam containers, leaving a giant mess inside the plastic bag. It is obvious this restaurant was sold to new owners who do not care about quality, portion sizes, packaging, or accuracy. I am uploading pictures to show just how bad it was. We will never order from them again.

Listen, I don’t hand out “legendary” lightly, but Pho Cali absolutely earned it. I started with the Khai Vi Dac Biet appetizer platter, which showed up looking innocent enough until the first bite. The spring rolls were fresh, bright, and packed with flavor, and the fried egg rolls were so perfectly crispy they practically shattered in the best possible way. Then the Bun Dac Biet arrived… and that’s when things got serious. Grilled pork with that smoky char, sausage, meatballs, fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, scallion oil—basically a bowl of organized delicious chaos. Every bite had something different going on. Light, fresh, savory, a little sweet, a little tangy. Whoever engineered that bowl understood the assignment. Now here’s where things escalated. They have this house garlic chili sauce that could probably heat a small New York apartment building. I mixed it into the peanut sauce and started dipping the spring rolls in it, and suddenly I understood why people get obsessed with Vietnamese food. Cold Singha beer, sunlight coming through the windows, and a bowl of noodles that had no business being that good. Honestly, the only downside was eventually finishing the meal
